Irish Jewelry Online is owned and operated by Irish Shops Online, based in Dublin, Ireland.

Irish Shops Online offers free shipping on all jewelry items to United States, Canada, UK and Ireland destinations.

There are three additional shipping options available:

• Express Delivery: 1 - 3 days by FedEx for an additional charge of $25.00.
• Registered International Airmail for an additional charge of $7.00.
• International Shipping. This $8.00 charge is mandatory for all international orders (All countries except for US, UK Canada & Ireland).

You may select any of these additional shipping options during the order process.

All Irish Shops Online jewelry is handmade and hallmarked in Ireland. Although we endeavour to fulfill all orders within 14 days, on occasion we may require 21 days for delivery.

You will receive a 'Delivery Confirmation' email when your order has been shipped.

Order Process

Our fully-secure checkout gives you the option of paying for your purchase by credit card. We accept Visa and Mastercard.

After you place an online order with Irish Shops Online you will receive an automated 'order confirmation' e-mail confirming that we received your order.

All prices are listed in US Dollars. If you wish to know the price of an item in your local currency please use our currency conversion page.

Note on America Express Transactions

American Express will charge the Dollar purchase amount in the equivalent Euro amount. This may result in a slight variation in the purchase amount as the charge reconciles back into Dollars overnight. We understand that this is a bit arkward, but hope that you will bear with us as this is the only way in which we can offer American Express from Ireland. The amount charged to you card will be slightly less or slightly more than the purchase price depending on whether the Dollar gains or falls against the Euro over the 24-hour reconciliation period.

Returns and Exchange Policy

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will refund the full purchase price paid for that item if is returned to us in its original condition within 30 days of receiving it. A credit will be issued to the sender's credit card immediately upon receipt and inspection of the item.

Heraldic jewelry items are cast to order and are one-of-a-kind pieces. As such, these items and all other custom pieces are not covered by our returns policy.

In addition, under EU law you have the right to cancel your order without obligation for a period of 7 working days from the date of order.

Please include a note with the package stating your full name and/or order number and stating action to be taken. If the return item is valued at more than $100 we suggest that you use a 'delivery confirmation' service.

Similiarly, if you need to exchange the jewelry item for another size or type, please mail it to the above address. Please include a note with the package stating your full name and/or order number and action to be taken.

On the customs declaration label please state: "Return Item. Goods of Irish Origin." (This avoids the package being delayed in customs on the way back into Ireland.)

Engraving

We provide an engraving service at a cost of $2.00 per lettter. Please state your engraving request in the comments section of the order form. We will add the cost of engraving to your bill.

Please note, engraved items may not avail of our return policy.

Security

All order information including your credit card number is received on a secure SSL server. Your personal information is not stored on our servers. Information is automatically deleted once the order is shipped.

Irish Shops Online asks customers to supply various personal data when placing an order, such as name and address, credit-card information, and email address. We use this data only for the purpose of fulfilling an order, or communicating with the customer or shipper about the status of an order.
